'Journeys of Discovery' Art Exhibition

Today was the last session of the project so we celebrated all that had been achieved by inviting family and friends to a pop up exhibition in the afternoon.  In the morning the participants selected work they wanted to display and helped to hang the work in the space.  It was fantastic to see the diverse work displayed and for the participants to celebrate their achievements. Many thanks everyone that has helped to make the project such a success.

Nature Inspired Illustration Workshop

Todays illustration workshop was lead by the artist Karen Howse. We worked outside to draw inspiration from nature in the form of patterns and textures which we then used in a variety of ways to produce illustrations and prints.

One of the days fun drawing activities!
