Collaborative Textiles Workshop


Today we had another great textile session with Laura Wild and worked on some bigger collaborative   felt and silk pieces.

Felt Making & Silk Painting Workshop


Today textile artist Laura Wild came in to teach felt-making and silk screen painting. We all had a great day and learnt many new skills in the process.

Colourful Collages


In todays workshop we had fun creating colourful Spring collages using tissue paper and PVA. 
The results were bright and eye catching.

Trip to Wheal Martyn


Today we visited Wheal Martyn which is an old china clay works in St Austell. 
We had a great day exploring the gardens and even took part in a clay making workshop.

Photography Workshop


In todays session we learnt basic photography techniques and had the chance to take pictures outside of the studio. The session was lead by the photographer Mark Whenman. 

        

Printmaking Workshop



                 Today the group had fun creating mono prints using a portable printing press.
       The participants worked from their own selected imagery to explore a range of themes and ideas.
