Age: 25

I started off as a volunteer for Arts for Health Cornwall in 2013 working with people with learning disabilities in the community.  I have delivered art workshops for Studio 61 and Falcare and also volunteer at Murdoch and Trevithick supporting people with communication games. I enjoy getting creative, trying new things and through art feel I am able to express my self.  I feel a lot of happier after an art session, as it feels good to have completed something wonderful.

One of my current projects includes writing a book to raise awareness of people with disabilities. The book highlights that inequality that people face in their daily lives.  You shouldn't judge a book by its cover, so don't judge a person by their disability.
